ndrea Lee is one of the rising stars at the LPGA Tour, highlighted by her first victory in the 2022 Portland Classic. Lee has been successful at every level. She was a nine-time winner during her time at Standford University during her collegiate period and then spent 17 weeks as the World's #1 Women's Amateur. Following her win of the Mark H. McCormack Award for the highest ranked women's amateur around the globe after the end of the season in 2019, Lee decided to go pro. Andrea Lee, a former amateur golf star is creating her mark as a professional player. There are a few things that you might not know of regarding the American LPGA Tour player. Andrea Lee was a Los Angeles born girl on the 15th of August, 1998. James began teaching his daughter to play golf at the age of five. At age 8 She began competing in tournaments, and within four years she was awarded 50 Junior championships. She was a finalist at her first tournament in the year 2014 US Women's Open at Pinehurst No. She was 15 years old while her father served as her caddie. At the age of 15, her father was a caddie. Lee, who finished her season as top amateur, won with the Mark H. McCormack 2019 Medal. Lee had four hole-in-ones and one albatross while an amateur. Lee was ranked in Top 10 once in her debut year on the LPGA Tour. She finished 7th on Kingsbarns Golf Links in 2020 at the AIG Women's Open. Lee was able to claim the first LPGA Tour triumph at the Portland Classic in 2022. Lee dedicated the win to her grandfather Min who died in 2012.
